The promoter is responsible for the execution on site.
If we receive information from the promoter about a concert being cancelled, we will inform you as soon as possible about the further processing.

A cancellation of your ticket order is unfortunately not possible.
Any order you make for tickets is binding and obliges you to accept and pay for the ordered tickets. You can find more detailed information of our General Terms and Conditions.
If you purchased tickets and no longer need them, you can of course resell them to friends or acquaintances.

Your tickets might have gone to your spam folder! Please check your SPAM folder first. Especially hotmail and outlook users often find emails in their spam folder.
Important: Don’t just look in your JUNK/SPAM folder in your email application on your phone or computer, but also log in to your email provider’s website (i.e. www.hotmail.com, www.outlook.com) via a web browser (like safari or google chrome) and check the spam folder.
Warning: If your tickets went to the spam folder please mark your emails as NOT SPAM and move the tickets to your inbox, if you fail to do so your email provider will delete your tickets after a few days.
Yes, you can give your tickets to someone else. The QR code on each ticket gives entry to whoever scans it first.
If you have questions, enquiries, lost and found issues and so on, please contact the venue directly. We don’t have an answer for those types of questions.
