Ticket24.lu, as an advance booking office for admission tickets, has no influence on cancellations or cancellations of events.
The promoter is responsible for the execution on site.
If we receive information from the promoter about a concert being cancelled, we will inform you as soon as possible about the further processing.

Any order you make for tickets is binding and obliges you to accept and pay for the ordered tickets. You can find more detailed information of our General Terms and Conditions.
If you purchased tickets and no longer need them, you can of course resell them to friends or acquaintances.
